A hundred times over aims to reverse the roles of reader and writer: it invites its readers to acknowledge the mediating function of written words, as well as the reader’s own role in the fabrication of a story. Instead of presenting you with a ready-made tale, the work asks you to step into the role of the narrator. The instruction aspect of the work adds to this role reversal: the mural can be placed anywhere you, the reader, choose to draw it.
