Let me lead you down this garden path, 2019
site-specific mural
This mural is inspired on the principle of the ‘garden-path- sentence’. This term is used in literary theory to define a sentence that deliberately confuses the reader of the sentence, and which you often have to read twice in order to understand it.  The term derives from the proverb ‘to lead someone down the garden path’, which came from the traditional British landscape gardens, in which vistors were led trough the garden via winding paths, not knowing where they would lead them.
